The preparation and implementation of Fachhochschul-Studiengängen and the operation of a University of Applied Sciences in St. Pölten with several Fachhochschulstudiengängen, all this according to the objectives and guiding principles of Fachhochschulstudiengänge within the meaning of § 3 FHStG. The provision of services in areas in which the company conducts research and teaching, to third parties, the organization of training courses, the operation of a student residence and a student canteen. Within these limits, the Company is entitled to all transactions and measures that appear necessary to achieve the purpose of the Company. The company pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes in the sense of the BAO, its activity is not aimed at profit. The funds of the society may only be used for the achievement of the charitable goals of the University of Applied Sciences.


The shareholder of the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten GmbH is 100% the state capital St. Pölten.
